To receive a firearm from an out-of-state person or dealer, current gun laws require that you must go through the ATF Federal Firearms Transfer process, utilizing a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) Dealer. We are currently a registered FFL Dealer, and will help with your firearm transfer process.
You will need to have your firearm shipped to us. To accomplish this transfer, we will need your contact information and the name of the seller, including the seller’s fax or email and the type of gun that you are purchasing. This information can be entered directly on our web site at the following link: FFL Transfer Form. We will send a copy of our FFL license to the seller and they will then transfer the firearm to us. Please ask the seller to include a copy of their FFL, C&R or a copy of their state driver’s license for our records.
We will notify you when the gun arrives, and you can then pick up the firearm. We will do the required background check for you with the FBI National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS). Following NICS approval we then transfer the firearm to you. Dont forget a picture ID
The transfer fee is $25.00, and you may pay by credit card when you fill out the form, or pay cash when you pick up your firearm. Due to new ATF requirements for multiple guns in one shipment, the transfer fee will be $25 for the first gun and $30 for each subsequent firearm in a multiple gun transfer.
